Your clients' websites, rebuilt better. Under your name.
Paste any client’s or prospect’s site and we rebuild it faithfully, every band measured against the original. Or send the brand you have just sold them and we build it in that. Either way you get a white-label preview to present as your own.
Partner plans from $99 a month. You keep 100% of your build fees.
Their old site, rebuilt and scored.
The spark passes over each band of the site you already have and rebuilds it as it goes: faster, sharper, accessible, and faithful to the original.
Example rebuild. Illustrative figures, not a real site.
Win the pitch before the meeting.
Your most expensive unpaid work is mocking up a prospect's new site. Paste their URL instead, and walk in with their own site already rebuilt.

A preview before your meeting
Their own site, rebuilt and scored, on an unlisted link under your brand.
Walk in with it
Show them the finished thing. That is the sale you could not make before.
- Your brand, your domainThe console, preview links, review panel and every email carry your name. BuildSpark stays out of sight unless you switch it on.
- Keep every build feeWe charge a flat wholesale rate per live site. What you charge for the build and the care plan is yours.
- Margin every monthHosting, edits and review sit inside your wholesale rate, so your care plan is margin, not hours.
- Previews that protect youPitch previews are unlisted, watermarked and gone in 14 days.
Five floors, before anyone sees it.
A floor is a number the page has to beat before it is allowed out. Every rebuild is measured on the rendered page, not promised in a brochure. Miss one floor and there is no preview.
Performance
A Lighthouse floor on every page.
Contrast
WCAG AA, measured on screen.
Stability
Layout shift inside Google’s good range.
Structure
Real headings, in the right order.
Fidelity
Scored against the original, band by band.
Five steps from spark to site.
A website is a stack of bands: a header, a hero, a row of cards, a footer. We read the site you already have one band at a time, rebuild each one, and never show anyone a band that does not measure up.
Capture
We read the site the way a browser does: every band's layout, colour, type, images and words.
Build
Each band is rebuilt on a fast static stack, with live widgets wired in where the site needs them.
Compare
Every band is measured against the original at phone, tablet and desktop widths.
Floors
Speed, contrast, stability and structure are checked on the rendered page.
Review
Your client comments on the page itself, and each comment becomes an edit.
Your clients change their own sites. By talking.
In build. Founding partners get it first, at no extra cost.
No more "can you update our phone number" emails. Clients tap anything on their site and say what they want. Small edits are made for them and checked against the floors. Anything bigger comes to you first, so the billable work stays yours.
Fewer tickets
Copy, photos, hours and prices change without anyone opening a support queue.
Checked before it goes live
Every edit passes the same performance, contrast and layout checks as the build, and one click puts the old version back.
You stay in the loop
Redesigns, new pages and anything outside the floors route to your console as paid work.
Put a website engine inside your product.
If your customers need a public website that shows your data, we rebuild the site they already have, with your widgets bound in as it is built.
Your widget catalogue
Listings, bookings, team pages, reviews: placed where the original site showed them.
Your domains, your pricing
Sell websites as a feature or an add-on, at whatever your market carries.
Your system stays the source of truth
The site reads live from your product. Nothing is copied that can go stale.
Nothing extra to build
Your widgets are bound in during the rebuild, so a new customer's site arrives already connected.
Our first platform partner is Refari, recruitment software for agencies and BuildSpark’s sister company, whose clients’ sites carry job boards, team pages and testimonials live from their applicant tracking system.
Feedback on the page, not in an email thread.
Clients click the thing they want changed and say what they want. Rounds have a clear start and a clear finish, and nobody has to explain which button they meant.

Pin a comment to anything
On a phone, a tablet or a laptop, from a link that needs no account.
Comments become edits
Small changes are made for you and previewed back. Anything bigger comes to you first.
Checked before it goes live
Every edit passes the same checks as the build, and one click puts the old version back.
One flat rate per live site. You set the retail.
No seats, no page counts, no credits wallet. Every plan includes a monthly pot of pitch previews, and you only pay per site once it goes live. What you charge for the build is yours.

Building a website for your own business? BuildSpark for businesses is simpler: talk to your site and it changes.
BuildSpark for businessesFive places. Each star lights when a founding agency joins.
Five founding agencies.
Send us your next three prospects. We rebuild them free, you take them into the pitch, and you keep whatever you win. In return, you tell us exactly what gets in your way.
Three free pitch rebuilds
Real prospects, real previews, under your brand.
A direct line to the builders
Your feedback sets the order of the roadmap.
Founding partner pricing
For as long as you are a partner.
The fine print, before you ask.
Is it WordPress underneath?
No. Sites are rebuilt on Astro, a static stack: plain, fast pages with nothing to patch, no plugins to update and nothing for a bot to log in to. Forms, content and live widgets are handled for you.
Who owns the site?
You and your client do. Every paid tier can export the full source at any time: the pages, the styles, the images and the content, ready to host anywhere. The parts that need a service to run, talk-to-edit, the review panel and any live platform widgets, stop when you leave, and the exported pages keep the content that was last published.
What if the rebuild isn't faithful?
Every band is scored against the original at three screen widths. A build that stays under the threshold after four rounds goes to a person, not to your client. You only ever see previews that measure up.
Can my clients change their own site?
Yes. Blog posts, team members and case studies have a simple editor. Anything else, they ask for on the page, and the change comes back as a preview that has already passed the floors.
Can I rebuild a prospect's site before they've signed?
Yes, as a pitch preview: unlisted, watermarked, with no live widgets, and gone after 14 days. Nothing is published until the site's owner confirms they own the words and the design.
Will you sell to my clients directly?
A business that comes to buildspark.ai can build its own site, the same as it could on any other builder. What we do not do is compete with you for your clients: a business that asks for someone to do it for them is sent to partners, and any domain you have previewed is attributed to you for 90 days, so if that business signs up another way inside that window you are paid as if it came through you.
Where does the AI come in?
AI does the reading, rebuilding and editing. Everything it produces is then measured by instruments that are not AI: browser rendering, contrast maths, performance audits and band-by-band comparison. That is how you know what it did.
